Veteran actor Ernie Hudson returns as patriarch L.C. Duncan, who leads a double life as the CEO of his family’s successful car company, Duncan Motors, and an unflinching crime boss. The first season of the series, which debuted last year, was a critical and ratings success for BET. It averaged 1.25 million viewers per episode, which is a very solid number for a cable series. It also earned high marks on the Rotten Tomatoes with a 72% score and an 8.8 on Metacritic. The show’s cast was also praised for its performances.
As the second season kicks off, the cast will be expanded with several new actors.
